PERSONALISED ITEMS
We aim to despatch personalised goods within ten working days of your completed order. 

If you need your item sooner it may be possible to prioritise your order.  In this case please choose the Next Day Special Delivery option and advise your required by date.  If your date is within one week please contact us first before ordering.

NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS
We aim to despatch non-personalised items (ie flip flops, umbrellas) within 24 hours of your completed order.
