How do I order?
Add your item(s) to cart.  Once completed you can finalise your order and choose to pay securely online, by telephone, or by post sending us a cheque

You can also just give us a call on 01904 799968 to talk through and pay for your order with a credit/debit card

When can I expect my order?
We aim to despatch non-personalised items within 24 hours and personalised items within ten working days (unless otherwise agreed and/or Next Day Delivery is paid for - see below).

I need my order urgently, can you help?
We can prioritise orders in most cases, so please let us know if your required by date is in the next couple of weeks.  It may be necessary to pay for Next Day Delivery if your order is in the next week.  If ordering online choose the Next Day Delivery option and add your required by date in 'additional information'.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery which is free with all purchases and should arrive 1-2 working days from despatch.   Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery will guarantee delivery the day after despatch. 

Your items are cheaper than others I have seen, why?
One of our original aims when starting out was to offer excellent value for money.  A lot of our customers are planning a wedding and we know how expensive that can be - we got married ourselves in 2004 which prompted us to start the business.

We keep our overheads low and produce everything in-house to help give you the best price we can.

Please be assured that quality is not affected.  We use the highest quality Swarovski Crystals, professional embroidery and our garments are always tested before being offered for sale.

Will the crystals fall off and can I wash my garment?
We use the highest quality crystals available made by Swarovski.  They give the best sparkle and have a much better adhesive quality than the cheaper stones available.

Once applied the stones can be machine washed at up to 40 degrees as appropriate for the garment. 

Tumble drying is not recommended but we have had items go through the dryer with no adverse affects.

The stones are suitable for wear in chlorinated or sea water

Can I have extra wording on my item?
Yes - additiional letters will be charged at 80p for the italic or classic fonts, £1.00 for the ornate font, or £1.50 for larger letters suitable for dressing gowns, jackets etc.  Please contact us to order.

Can you personalise my own item?
Yes - prices per letter will be as above.  Return p&p will apply and will vary depending on the item(s) you are sending.  Please contact us to discuss further.
