All prices include free delivery by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery to a UK address. When you checkout you can also choose Next Day Delivery or delivery outside of the UK for an additional charge
We aim to dispatch personalised items within two weeks, and non-personalised items within 48 hours. If you need your order quickly let us know your required by date and we will prioritise your order where possible - we may ask you to pay for Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery if you have a very tight timescale, to guarantee your order arrives on time.
If choosing Next Day Delivery please specify your required by date under 'additional information' as your order will need to be prioritised accordingly. (Please note choosing Next Day Delivery does not necessarily mean your item will be sent the same day as the order is placed - you must specify your required by date in addition to choosing this delivery method.)
You will be sent emailed updates on the progress of your order.
Your order will be sent to the address supplied by you - please ensure this is correct as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. A second delivery charge will apply where an order has to be re-sent for these reasons. All orders will be sent by First Class Recorded or Special Delivery so will require a signature.
Where an item is returned to us because of incorrect address supplied by the customer, or where it has not been collected from the Royal Mail delivery office after an attempt at delivery, customers will be charged for re-delivery.
As they are made specifically to your requirements, and in line with Distance Selling Regulations, personalised items are not elligible for refund or exchange. Unpersonalised items (with the exception of bikinis/underwear due to their nature) can be returned for a refund or exchange at our discretion, and must be returned within 7 days of receipt by a trackable postage method. Any refund will be minus our original cost of posting your order. Contact us by email or telephone before forwarding goods for refund/exchange. Only applicable to products returned in their original condition. The customer is liable for the return postage costs and will not be refunded the original postage charge. If you are returning an item for an exchange you will be liable for p&p.
CUSTOM MADE/PERSONALISED PRODUCTS - In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (Regulation 13) you cannot cancel your order of goods made to your own specification.
We aim to provide standard and accurately sized garments but the fit and actual size of items varies between manufacturers. Actual measurements are available for every item upon request.
'Personalised' is any item which is custom made to order where you choose any or all of the following: wording, crystal colour, font, embroidery colour, embroidery font; and also one-off commissions. 'Personalised' includes where you choose 'Just Married' as your wording.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
